How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the quantity of medications you have. The price starts at $349 per order for controls and $249 for non controls.. You simply add the medications to your order, then pick the container and then check out with your completed order. Please give us a call for a quote or you can see the ‘Check Out’ price before you are charged.
What happens to our orders? Are they legally destroyed through incineration?
Our orders are securely routed to our DEA/EPA-authorized destruction facility. This ensures 100% legal compliance. “Our inventory tracking system satisfies all California AB 1442 requirements, ensuring your pharmaceutical waste routing is fully compliant with CDPH and Board of Pharmacy audit standards.”
I never received the email with the confirmation link to activate my account. Can you resend it?
Yes, but first please check your Junk/Spam folder, sometimes it will arrive there. To resend the verification email, just log in and look for a blue message box at the top of the screen with two links to resend confirmation email or change your email address. If it’s not working just contact us and we will help you.
Do I need a DEA license to place an order.
You need a DEA license only if you will be submitting controlled substances. Noncontrolled drug submissions do not require a DEA license. To place orders containing controlled substances, you must first enter your active DEA license number and expiration date on the account profile form. Licenses are checked and verified with the address of the registrant. The DEA number must be in CCNNNNNNN format (2 characters, and 7 numbers).
Can I save an order for later?
While composing a new order, items you add will be saved in your web browser’s local storage. You may log out or close your computer, and if you return at a later time (up to 30 days later), you will be able to resume placing the order. Please check your system for any blocks that might prohibit saving the information entered.
What if I don’t know the NDC number of a drug?
If the NDC number is not printed on the package of your drug, you do search for it in our database. If you still can’t find it please give us a call.
What do I do if I can’t find a drug in your database?
When adding a controlled substance to an order, if there are no search results for a drug, please call us and we will add it to the database. We have an extensive list of substances linked to the FDA’s database including generic codes.
Do I need to enter any substance details when transferring noncontrolled substances?
We require a list of the drug information when adding noncontrolled substances to an order. There is a notes field where you can enter in the information when you place the order. We verify everything on this list before it is shipped for non RCRA status.
Can I send controlled and noncontrolled substances together in the same pharmaceutical waste container?
No. Containers will be different for both controls and non controlled drug orders.
Can I ship class 2 controlled drugs before receiving DEA form 222 from you?
No, you must wait for the DEA form 222 to arrive through UPS. The return container and the DEA form will arrive separately. Please see instructions.
